Events Committee Meeting - all welcome
So we've got to this point! We've stabilised the finances and now... it's time to get involved!
Lots of people have been enjoying what we've been doing so far, but we are currently relying on a small handful of people doing everything. We're running a bit thin on the ground.
We're looking for help to organise and deliver community events (existing things like the cafe, quizzes and discos to new things... we're open to suggestions!). As little as one event a year or as much as every week - everything helps.
Tell us what you want to organise or help with and get involved. Your community needs you!
All are welcome to attend with fresh ideas 😊

Defibrillator is fully functional
New battery & pads have been installed thanks to the funding received from the community.
The Trustees have been reviewing the Centre finances & have concluded we will shortly be in deficit due to a combination of rising energy costs & servicing debt from the heating system repairs.
We have tried to keep fees down by reducing costs where we can but inevitably we have to increase fees to keep the Centre open.
We will therefore be increasing fees from the 1st June (see link below).
This decision has not been taken lightly as we have the community to support.
Thanks for your understanding.
Village defibrillator drive
Sarah Ellis has raised money to buy a new battery & pads for the defibrillator. This will shortly be returned to full working order
Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of RIDDINGS PARK COMMUNITY CENTRE and every donation will help. We are proud to be the location of the village defibrillator. However it is currently out of service as it needs a new battery and 2 pads. These cost £310 to replace every 4 years.
Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
